? Make sure your site meets the following requirements before you plan to install Flow

1. Power

Flow needs an AC outlet within 1 meter of where you plan to install the Flow Gateway.  The gateway is generally installed under the counter below the coffee machine.

2. Network

Flow connects to your WiFi network. Make sure you have a 2.4Ghz WiFi network with suitable signal strength where you plan to install the Flow Gateway (Flow can not connect to 5Ghz WiFi networks).

Its best to connect Flow to a network that is not used by your customers.  This could lead to poor performance if the network gets congested.

Flow cannot connect to networks which require a Captive Portal login (after connecting to the network, users are required to login to a pop-up web page, as is common on public networks).
